Col. Ishrat Nabi has served the elite Indian Army with distinction for over two decades. He began his corporate innings in May 2008 with EMRI, a pioneer in emergency response services as Head Human Resource. From August 2010 to July 2013, he handled a very challenging assignment as General Manager (HR & Admin) of a multinational company executing a Rs. 2200 crore rupees LSTK project for Indian Oil Corporation. An alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, he is a hard core Human Resource professional with over twenty five years of rich and diversified experience in recruitment, training and development, perfomance management system, operations, security and administration. He is a visionary who thinks, plans, moves and executes ahead of time. He is proactive and believes in acting and not reacting. He is passionately involved in the education of poor children and preventive health care of girl child. He is an ace shooter and loves to play golf.
Mohsena Ahmad is a Post Graduate in and taught zoology in reputed public schools. She is currently providing consultancy in academic field. She likes to study birds and enjoys nature.
Shakeb Nabi focused around enhancing the resilience of the community through various interventions so that they are themselves able to reduce the loss of life and property in the event of a disaster. He has around 15 years of work experience on development and disaster risk reduction issues. He has worked with different sets of communities in different contexts across Asia some of which are post earthquake in Gujarat in India from 2001 to 2004, post Tsunami in Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India from 2007-2009 and post cyclone Aila in Bangladesh from 2009 to 2012.
